EVS Solutions delivers enterprise solutions with strong technical capability. Product, sales, and stakeholder materials were produced in silos with no shared narrative.
Problem
Complex solutions weren’t translating into clear, consistent stories. Leaders had to piece together positioning from fragmented decks and sites. Downstream production was slow and inconsistent because there was no single narrative model or reusable structure.

Approach
I reframed the engagement as a communication operating system. I defined core message architecture for capabilities, outcomes, and differentiation so positioning could stay consistent across conversations. Executive materials got reusable decision-brief structures. The digital experience was modular so narrative continuity held from high-level value story to detailed solution. Content and design modules reduced rebuild cycles.
Outcome
Leadership clarity improved; communication friction decreased. Production of high-quality materials accelerated, and consistency between strategic intent and execution strengthened across teams.
